Originally from Michigan, Kathy Zalewski studied at Oakland Community College, and then became a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines. With a passion for catering and special events, she relocated to Naples, Florida to work full time in the hospitality industry. Kathy joined the team at Tiburón in 2012 and was recently promoted to Catering and Event Manager.
